Since 1996, Medical Screenings Unlimited has provided health and biometric screening services to the Florida community. Today, our services include:

Meet Nevine Nass
Founder and CEO
Nevine Nass founded Medical Screenings Unlimited (MSU) in 1996 and is currently leading the company through its 30th year in business. Over that time, she has built MSU into a trusted partner for employers, Human Resource and Benefits teams, medical insurance carriers, and brokers, with a focus on delivering well-run, reliable biometric screening programs.
Nevine drives the vision behind MSU’s operations and technology. Based on direct client needs, she led the development of MSU’s proprietary Event Management Assistant (EMA) and the company’s licensed claims clearinghouse. These systems support the full lifecycle of a biometric screening event, from event onboarding and customized registration to secure onsite data capture and downstream workflows, while reducing administrative burden for busy HR teams and maintaining strong security and compliance standards.
Meet Julia Kadel
Operations Manager
Julia Kadel joined MSU in 2025 as Operations Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in education, health, and nonprofit leadership. She specializes in building operational systems that promote efficiency, clarity, and strong team and client experiences. Julia is a Board-Certified Holistic Health Coach, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Certified Personal Trainer.
She also serves as Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Miracle League of Palm Beach County, a nonprofit that creates inclusive opportunities for individuals with special needs while supporting the families who care for them. Julia is known for her people-centered leadership and her ability to turn complex operations into clear, effective systems.
Meet Chase Carlson
Founder and CEO
Chase Carlson has served as MSU’s Principal Software Engineer since 2023, where he works closely with leadership to translate strategic direction, security priorities, and compliance requirements into reliable, scalable technical solutions. He’s responsible for maintaining system stability, addressing server and infrastructure issues, and conducting regular internal systems reviews to ensure ongoing performance, security, and compliance.
With a strong focus on security and regulatory alignment, Chase supports the implementation of complex technical workflows and helps strengthen MSU’s existing systems to support evolving operational needs. Working within MSU’s AWS-based infrastructure, he brings precision, system thinking, and problem-solving ability to highly technical challenges, ensuring that MSU’s electronic environment remains secure resilient, and future ready.
Meet Jasmine Reid
Operations Director & Staffing Coordinator
Jasmine Reid is an independent public health professional with over a decade of experience in health education, corporate wellness, and population health initiatives. She holds Master’s degree in Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology and is a Certified Health Education Specialist.
MSU engages Jasmine on a project basis to support a wide range of wellness initiatives, including nutrition, stress management, mental health, and preventive lifestyle education related to common health indicators. She delivers engaging presentations, interactive wellness programming, and experiential health education including, when appropriate, immersive educational tools to meet the specific goals of each client and event. Known for her ability to make complex health topics accessible and relevant, Jasmine brings depth, professionalism, and adaptability to MSU’s wellness offerings.
