Our Training Process
Once the program manager has been assigned and the event schedule has been finalized, we coordinate event-specific training according to your client’s timeline. Our recommended timeline to coordinate training is one month prior to our six week scheduling window for event confirmation.
This training may include:
- Virtual meetings for team leads and event staff
- Site walk-throughs (if required)
- Staff testing on client specific protocols
